Dental Guard Price In Bkk?- Grinding Problem

Featured Replies

Hello all,

As mentioned in a previous post, I live in Singapore. The price quoted to get a custom dental guard from a dentist in Singapore is close to 9000 baht.

I am considering doing in BKK as I had heard it is considerably less expensive there, and the work/materials is world class.

Would be interested to hear from anyone here about their expeirence/cost to have a dental guard done in BKK.

What price can I expect from a good dentist using top quality guard material?

Cheers.

I got one but many years back, if I recall it was then something like 3-4,000 baht but prices have risen a lot since then. Usually costs in Bangkok private hospitals/clinics runs about 75% that of Singapore, sometimes less.

I suggest you email the Bangkok Dental hospital and ask them what they charge. they are high end price wise but very good quality. http://www.dentalhospitalbangkok.com/services.php

As you are coming from Singapore you might also want to consider Cambodia, many people are not aware of this but Phnom Penh has become a dental tourism hub (dental only -- not medical!!!) and costs there are less than Bangkok. The Roomchang Dental Hospital there is very good. http://www.roomchang.com/

I got a soft nightguard done at Bangkok Smile Dental in Asoke, cost me around 3500 baht.
