Here in Holland (the Netherlands), we've got fair notary's and good laboratory's. Arrange a notary from Holland and a notary from Thailand. Let them both take DNA from these blokes. Let them take the DNA to Holland for research and let the results deposite to the court by these notary's ...

This case is being forgotten about which is exactly what Mr face-like-a-slapped-ass-plese-rest-your-drinks-on-my-flat-head wants. You talk about the DNA like you know everything and I dont. my sister told me there was a US DNA expert on TV saying that it was impossible to complete tests in such a short time and he was amazed. I still think this case is a dead dog, to which some of you will say I dont know what I'm talking about, to wich i may say f#ck you.

DNA tests can be back in a 1-2 days - the more extensive ones take weeks. Anyways your theory is absurd - lay off the yabba.
