I have 200+ frogs (about 40 kg) I wish to sell. Does any one have a contact who buys this type of volume of frogs? I live near Na dun, Mahasarakham.

Lots of frog eaters out here, but never seen or heard of a bulk buyer, they just sell them in the markets. Maybe go to the local markets and see frog sellers and made a deal. Jim

There was a member who farmed frogs. I think he lived in Buriram. He use to sell to a bulk buyer. . and one or two Thais also. So they are out there.

For those "know it alls" frog farming can give you a reasonable return. I recently visited a village where most of the inhabitants farm frogs. The farm we visited, on approximately 1 rai, had 24 ponds, each producing between 10 - 60 kilos of tadpoles at 150 baht a kilo. The ponds were simply formed by eath in former rice fields.

youre better off raising them in concrete ponds the wifes dad does it in concrete ponds you can change the water more often and keep an eye on infections and can see if youre overfeeding plus its easy to seperate females when there ready to lay there eggs, as for a wholesaler try ob ob frog farm there on the web, cost to build concrete ponds is about 4000 bt
