Featured Replies

Hi

I would ask some help from fellow readers.

Can somebody give me link or form where i can find RULES AND REGULATIONS IN RESIDENTIAL AREA.

I am making a housing project with 8 houses and town house with 8 apartments.

My customers lawyer ask for this and i need it quite quickly.

Just basic rules for normal living in area.

Thanks for your helpwai.gif

You have not specified whether you are selling these properties or leasing /renting

For certain Thailand does not have Act similar to the Condo Act which covers ‘Walled Housing developments’

Given your urgency I suggest that you visit the following web site.

http://www.samuiforsale.com/knowledge/overview-property-law-thailand.html

You can pose your question there. They are very professional (my opinion ) and respond typically within 48Hrs.Its a F.O.C service

Thanks a lot Delight wai.gif

I will try that link.

We are going to sell most of the houses and apartments.

Some of them stay only for rental purposes.

And sure the new owners of houses and apartments want rent their houses to get rental income when they are not in Thailand.

Have a nice sunday!!!!!!!!
