Flash floods and heavy rain set to continue in Pattaya

PATTAYA:--Monday Night saw further spells of torrential rain which caused flash floods around the City and according to weather reports the rainstorms are expected to become more severe over the coming days.

Already some Embassies have issued flood warnings to its citizens and according to the latest weather updates from the Thai Meteorological Department a high pressure system from China and a strong south-western monsoon prevailing over most of Kingdom including the Gulf of Thailand, the Eastern provinces are expected to see the worst of the storms.

The Pattaya authorities are doing their best to clear blocked storm drains and are working around the clock
