Due to the brief information provided, please note that we can only provide information based on a simple scenario.

Once the court has decided that this court case is a Criminal Case, as the Accused you can appeal against the court order, you can challenge and deny the charges against you. If you appeal and the court decides that this is a Criminal Case, your status will now be listed as the Defendant and you would not have the right to go to the Supreme Court to challenge the order. You would now need to be bailed out of jail so that you would be able to seek further information, witnesses, proof and evidence to disprove the charges.

At the end of the Trial, if the court has made its ruling in your favor, you could be set free. While the Claimant (Plaintiff) could make his/her appeal. This also would be available to you (the Defendent) in the case if the court’s ruling was against you.

If the 2 previous court’s decision were all against you. Before you could proceed with the your appeal with the Supreme Court, you must obtain certification and acceptance from the Supreme Court (this is at the discretion of the Supreme Court).

We would recommend that you give us a call, we have highly experienced criminal lawyers that can help in your case. 02-642-0213
