My son is a full time sports coach and he tells me that, on the latest FA coaching courses, prospective coaches are being taught that kids will have gained 90-95% of the natural technical ability by the time they are 9-10 years old. March 26, 201312 yr For the rest of you....England were poor throughout in my opinion....failed to take advantage of a very poor first half by the opposition especially their defence who were there for the taking. Montenegro came out second half transformed and fully deserved the draw. I would have said the win but they took their foot off the pedal disappointingly after securing the equaliser. Fair result.

March 26, 201312 yr THought England overall were poor tonight, few pluss young,looked sharp and a threat, , rooney had a reasonable game and was a constant thorn, negs wellbeck tried but overall failed to deliver. cleverley was just poor, tippy tappy one 2's overall were unproductive and posed little threat or danger,Gerrard looked like he was playing with lead legs no pace and certainly, baring freekicks offered little or no threat and the the drive and passion were used to seeing from him seemed missing. Poor to below average playing surface, but no excuse. 2nd half ,when they were piling forward hodgson was 2 slow in his changes,needed a better target out of defense and we saw in young what a bit of fresh pace did 2 them, tbh at the bac they were poor and under pressure we could and should have taken them. But all in all a draw was a fair result, though, we could and probably should have nicked it at the death.

You have completely missed the point of the requirements of being an England manager. His job is to toe the FA line no matter what. Don't rock the boat, give polite press conferences then shut up. Get through to the knock outs will also suffice as the FA has no real ambition to win anything either. They are content banging their secretaries and coining in fat salaries for doing the square root of naff all. He is the perfect choice for the job by their requirements and I'm also sure he's related to turnip head.
