Anyone know where to get Pancetta in the south of the island (Except for Villa Market).

This supplier has the best of everything just the name escapes me right now.

Fresh pancetta, buffalo mozerella cheese.

Absolute best and supplies 5 star resorts.

It's just gone under renovation but its still there.

The name of the shop/company is JB (as per the initials of the Italian owner's name) but they have now moved to the Chao Fah west road, about 6 hundred meters passt the red lights intersection with Kwang Road just after the Wang Talang jewelry gallery on the first row of town houses.

Gents, thanks a million, just went there and got just what i needed, everything top notch in there.

Just went past the old JB food services in kata and its back open with a cute cafe attached. Glad its still handy with my favorite cold cuts.
