I went to the Soi 8 pub a few weeks ago and had lunch there with my family. The food used to be a big draw for me there before and it was infant/toddler friendly. The meal itself was ok but they got the order wrong 3 times and had to send it back for the right order. Ended up we all ate at different times.

I wrote an email (polite one) to the manager explaining what happened and my dissapointment that service standards appear to have dropped and never got an answer. Has anyone else experienced this??

There used to be a time when the manager got back to you to apologise (at least) and convince you this was just an anomoly in order to keep your custom.

have standards dropped all over BKK now or is Soi 8 the only one?
