I got an impression from this article that it's already put out.

Phuket: Electrical short causes fire at Hard Rock

PHUKET: Fire broke out this morning at the Hard Rock Café in Patong.

A watchman saw sparks coming from the main Hard Rock sign at about 8am. He called the fire brigade who put out the fire within five minutes.

No one was injured, and there was no damage to the interior of the building, though part of the roof was burned. Firemen said the most likely cause was an electrical short.
