Aloha,

Ok, 500 mg of L- Carnitine, 2 hours of exercises and 3 light meals a day for 2 weeks and I'll guarantee that you'll lose several pounds! Don't be lazy and go outside and exercise!

Reduce 15mg works good but as i wrote somewhere else its not without side effects. Hunger goes away, but i slept bad and heartrate went up 10 beats a minute. But a lot less hunger. I stopped after 4 days because of the side effects.

If you look at the pinned topics you will find one related to weight loss medication !

Now for the bad news ! ---- The only way to loose weight is to make permanent lifestyle changes,

Change will involve a critical examination of your eating and exercise habits.

Of course because else you gain it all back. Most people dont have the willpower to make the changes needed. Thise tablets ciuld help to kickstart the process but without changes it will all come back.

There are also significant side effects for those drugs that aim to reduce appetite.

A safer alternative is Xenical which is not systemically absorbed, works by reducing the amount of fat thast ever gets absorbed. May cause some unpleasant side effects (e.g. diarrhea) but usually no serious ones. How well it will work depends on how much fat you are consuming. If your weight problem is coming mainly from carbs and your fat intake is low, it won't do a thing for you, but if you consume a fair amount of fat it may indeed help.

Same pron=blem about gaining it back when you stop, of course.
