Bus Service From Chiang Mai To Nakhon Phanom

Hi there,

As simple as the topic title suggests, due to a new offer of employment I will be transferring to the Isaan city of Nakhon Phanom. Does anyone know of

bus or train service to the city of Nakhon Phanom. A direct bus or Train service is preferred but not essential, as I do not mind stopping over at Khon Kaen

(or another city) along the way.

Appreciated is times, cost and indeed how long the journey takes.

I'm not sure if Nakhonchai's driving to Nakhon Phanom, but they will drive at least to Udon Thani, or Khon Khen.

Nackonchai Air seems to be the best and also safest way to travel by bus. Please see attached map.
