A bit salty. Next time, I will add perhaps just one tsp of salt, rather than two.

The other issue is the thickness. It was too thin and they came out too dry after frying. (18 patties vs. 11 of yours, same 800gr of pork).

I found a medium size egg thingy at Central. Next batch will have less salt, less sage and larger sizes.

But otherwise, son and wife loved the stuff.

I realized it was too salty when my son´s Thainess came out and he asked for ketchup. rolleyes.gif
