Orthopaedic Surgeon /doctor In Bangkok

Featured Replies

i need to have my shoulder looked at and it may need repair, does anyone have any experience or recommendations for hospital and more specifically a doctor in bagkok, thanks.

I also recommend Mason. I have seen him but not for surgery, and I was very pleased with his advice as well as prices. I have friends who have had both shoulders and knees operated on by Dr. Mason and they were also pleased. He is a shoulder specialist and as Sheryl mentioned has had some very good training in the US at one of the best med schools. English is perfect as well

Dr. Mason did my shoulder, and while it's only been six weeks, it seems to be coming along great.

I also heard of a new cell injection treatment as an alternative to surgery that seems promising.

NO, I wouldn't recommend Dr. mason from Bumrungrad Hospital, for shoulder surgeries. My friend from Pattaya had arthroplasty of right shoulder joint twice by Dr. mason, several years ago. His case is still in litigation so I can't divulge too much information.

I admit, Dr. Mason has excellent credentials but I wouldn't recommend him.

You should consult Dr. Maimee from Bangkok Hospital and Dr. Somsak from BNH Hospital for shoulder operations.

Sheryl,

Correct me if I'm wrong but dissatisfied patient should be plural, patients!

Thanks
