Just been back from the immigration office in Saphan Hin to renew my yearly extension of non-imm B visa for the 21st time; the process seems to go smoother every year; I was surprised to be handed a 2 pages questionnaire and being asked to quote their service from: need improvment, satisfactory, good and even excellent. I gave them an excellent all the way down both pages

I mean, did you check, what would have happened, in case you stated 'need improvement' at all questions?

it was my 21st extention so, i can say that i've seen improvment over all those years and that's why i gave them "roses"

Some of the officers are working there since then (early nineties) and you can obviously see that they have learn how to "behave"
