Where Did The "amazing Thailand" Phra Phim/amulet Market Go?

I have not seem the lot of cheap amulet sellers in some time, where did they all go? I noticed there was a similar market down on Sai Sam near South Rd.

Any clue, I need to pick up gifts for friends in India.

On Second Rd. you have the Made in Thailand Market and next to that the Made in Thailand beer bars.

If you go down the road/laneway in between the beer bars and the market there is a whole lot of little shops and stalls with amulet makers , sellers and repairers. Its about 150 metres on the left at the end of the beer bars. The laneway goes all the way through to Soi Barkoew.

dude - thats where its always been. but on thursdays (?) there used to be a larger gathering not just the usual shark shops that think they are selling dumb falang the dali lamas magic amulet.
