British Passport Renewal, Credit Card Payment

Hi Guys, i was hoping some one might be able to help, i am about to apply to renew my passport via Hong Kong and i want to pay by credit card, i have printed out the form i need but on it it asks for the Delivery address, which i take to mean the address to which i want the new passport sent, but there is no section for the billing address, which is different as i want to use my UK credit card. So my question is, on the form which address is required, my home address in Thailand or my address in the UK which is tied to the credit card?

Delivery address is for the return of the passport. Did it last year using a UK issued card, no problems.

Sounds to be about right to me, mine was replacing a stolen one so I had to have the photo's countersigned, not sure if that's needed for a regular replacement.
