Cant Make It Home To Collect Apple Order

Hi all,

Looking for some help on how Apple store deliveries work.

My new I phone has arrived at my home in Thailand, but unfortunately i have not!! Ive been delayed at work abroad.

Any idea if i can get someone to go round to the house, call the number on the card and get it delivered to them?

I was expecting to get the e-mail from apple to say it had tried to deliver etc, but none came, only when checking my order status, does it show that an attempt was made to deliver.

When you sent things to thailand, pls beware that it will NOT arr here.

Same as me, i make an order through palpay, and it does not reach here as well.

Chk through the post office nothing arr, but over there its sent out.

IF YOU WANT TO SENT THINGS TO THAILAND, MAKE THE BLOODY SURE THAT IT HAS THE INSURANCE OTHERWISE.....HA HA HA!

2 years ago I order my MacPro through the website from Apple Thailand, but they deliver from Singapore and promise they will send it to your door. Forget it, they will send it with DHL.

Because I live in the area near by Thayang, Changwat Petchaburi DHL don't come to your house, they bring it to the nearest postoffice, in my case Thayang. The box was more then 20kg and the postoffice call me that they don't bring it to my home because they only have a motorcycle so I have it pick it up by myself.

I wasn't satisfied about this because Apple promissed it will bring it at your home, and they don't
