I have a friend in Udon Thani with the same needs and he has looked every where and has not found any yet after 2 years!

There is a place in Udon that sells GV and rizzla papers and filters, i will try to describe where it is,

3 main roundabouts in the city, from the middle 1, head towards the Imm Office, at the 2nd set of lights turn left and park up, walk back to the lights and the shop right on the corner on your left at the lights sells loads of different baccy, euro wines ect,

Good luck, i was in the same predicament 5 years ago..

As for Khon Kaen, a year or so ago someone told me where to get it in Khon Kaen but forgot what he told me!

I think he said around the Tuk com area but up a side road somewhere.

The search will go on! or maybe TRY to give it up!!

The best place for rolling tobacco in KK is on Sri Chan road just east of the intersection where the post office is north side of the street across from a big appliance shop -- store sign logo has a swan in it.
