My wife was over the moon,it was right on the nail Baht 9999.

There are other costs such as the base they will be sitting on I estimate around Baht 3000.

This isn't complete as yet as you can see,no grout and the gap around the bottom as well as more tiles on the top when the stands are installed.

There is also a fence and gate made of steel to be fitted on the step down.That could cost another 2000 to 3000.I would have preferred stainless

like you can see in the background at the bottom of the steps.The gaps in the fence have to be narrow enough to prevent dogs entering.
