I had thought that this might have been a pause in construction, but it looks like it has been sitting unfinished for some time. The first 2 pictures show you who I believe was Rama VI (apologies if I am wrong) with the third the side of the structure. Is this a work in progress, or just unfinished, or in decay? Would one of you experts please educate me, as none of my Thai friends now living in Hua Hin knows, most likely since they haven't been here for more than a year. Thanking you in advance.
