No idea what happened......... Help

Ran WinSysClean X4, later shut PC down and was a load of MS updates...

Switched PC on next day, 1st it automatically installed all the MS updates, then a notice popped up saying Chrome has been updated to the latest version.......... Now I have no Language Tab ? in setting it still shows in Control setting panel........... 1st UK English, 2nd Thai, 3rd German...... also click on the button 'tab' used to change the language but not any more. ?

Google brings up how to fix this problem, but the ones I understand still leaves NO Language Tab on the bottom bar. 3 days on and still cannot figure it out.......... Cannot find any way to type in Thai, need this option to switch back and forth Thai and English.... use everyday Item written in Thai, part No in English

Please anyway [simple ways?] to get the language bar back ??

Have genuine Windows 7 Ultimate

Hi,

I only had Eng (US) installed in win7 home prem, so installed another free language (Malay).

Then I used the below help page - the switch language button appeared in the taskbar, no need to reboot etc.

Incidentally, I don't have MSWord or libreoffice etc., just Wordpad and Notepad.

Good luck, AA

Thanks, already tried that........... mostly use English and Thai together in MS Office Excel 2007

OK, did you try Rclick on taskbar, the L click toolbars from pop-up menu, then check the language bar box is present and ticked.

I also autohide taskbar, but that should not have any effect. AA
