We have just held the first attempt at holding an AGM where I live. Due to lack of a quorum, it had to be postponed for 2 weeks.

Last year, we had an AGM in January and an EGM in July or August to approve repairs to our swimming pool. In this year's AGM documents, we are only being asked to approve the minutes of the AGM. Should we not also be asked to approve the minutes of the EGM? I tried asking our office manager but the question went right over her head!

Thanks

Alan
