Avocado Leaf Issue- How Big A Problem?

I have a 7 year old avocado tree that has been producing well for the past 3 years. About two months ago I noticed spotting on the leaves. The fruit productions seems down and the fruit are smaller, but was thinking maybe a bit off season. Any ideas and cures, preferably organic, but open to all options will be much appreciated. I have tried a search on the internet, but no luck so far.

At a guess thrips or mites, but do yourself a favour and take a few infected leaves to the local feed/ag supplier shop.
