I will be looking to buy a new Dell workstation with 3 LCD Monitors and a graphics card so I can use all 3 of the monitors on the one PC. I will be using this PC to daytrade with. Where the best place in phuket to buy this computer ghia from.

If the computer you choose has a DVI port, a VGA port and a HDMI port ... with an adapter cable you should be able to have all three monitors running. But if that doesn't work you don't have to have a special internal card - just buy a external unit - USB / Video adapter - usually USB to VGA ... Make sure your monitors have the necessary ports also ...

dell has systems with displayport so one gfx card multiple screens. Simply call them up or go to the website. They have excellent on-site and sales service in thailand. Don't put a local dealer in between, deal directly with them.

Don't use a USB to VGA card - myexperience is they're slow and create a lag.

As you say Dell will spec one or two internal DVI/VGA cards which will run 3 monitors

just for your information, I use a Nvidia NVS graphic card, with 4 DVI ports.

Thanks for all the replies. Sorry if the first post was slightly confusing. I wasnt asking what graphic card to use. I have a dell workstation at the moment with 2 dual Nvidia NVS Cards which has 4 monitors connected to it. I was asking the best place in phuket to buy the computer equipment from. Dont really want to order it from dell website as I want to pay cash for it as I will be on a tourist visa and dont want to use my foreign credit cards.
