For example TT&T (using the Maxnet name) has the home package, life packege, SME package etc.The home 512/256 package will be slower (and much cheaper) then the 512/256 SME package, especially during peak hours, since the ISP will share the home-line very heavy. (they do need to make a profit!) All ISP's have the same system of providing several levels of service in the same speed range! The upload speeds are more stable and close to advertised, since not that many people are uploading! Your answers are always clear and useful, do you think is better the resort way?
