The stock on this fish was just fantastic, we had it replaced several times and used it as a soup.....the flesh of the fish was sublime too.

However my Thai contingent said that we went to the restaurant for this dish alone......bbq pork. They insisted it was the best in Chiang Mai. They were right.

This technique of using Pretty Girls to get you to buy more drink works well on me.

Bloody hell! That melon isn't ripetongue.png

If you are referring to Paul's excellent mouthwatering contribution, i'd say the quality of the pic outways the taste of the food.

Have you decided on your cam, yet. Mr. Eezergood.

Some stuff i played with

Ye, yes i love the experimental side of your contribution.

Everyone can post a shot of a steamed seabass covered in garlic and chili's. I have, i am guilty! And more..

Good to see a new influx of point of view.

Thank you.

If you are serious about posting i also reccomend you us the FULL editor from ThaiVisa when posting.

This allows you to set, arrange and present your experiment more accordingly.

Cheers.

I was riding around local water reservoir, stopped to take few photos and saw few people grilling a fish they had cached from the artificial lake.

What an nice idea to reuse old fan as a grill smile.png

et 2013 photos: https://picasaweb.google.com/oilinki/2013Phuket

the plastic coating on the mesh adds just the right hint of toxicity

I agree with the creativity of the barbeque, the plastic should already have been burnt of 3 fires ago..wink.png A more useful purpose, here, though.
