24 horsepower sounds like nearly the same as our thai spec 250 but hard to believe theyre still using drum brakes on a 2013 model

Looks like they are just remaking an old model, or atleast making a cheap bike with old technology. The gearbox sure looks like that of a 96+ XR250. Funny they call it a twister too because Honda still makes the even older XR250 in some countries and they call it a Tornado.
