3-year Multiple-entry Non-immigrant 'b' Visa?

Featured Replies

The 26th August 2003 Thai Immigration Newsletter from Soi Suan Phlu, Bangkok, quotes Baht 5000 for a "Non-immigrant visa for multiple use within three years by a person holding a passport or a substitute document issued by a member of the Economic Cooperation (APEC) and entering the Kingdom for business purposes."

The Thai missions in the UK know nothing about this and only offer one-year multiple-entry 'B' visas.

A 3-year multiple-entry visa is VERY tempting, if it exists!

It has been talked about, but doesn't seem to have progressed. Not all APEC countries were included as I recall, and the applicant had to hold an APEC travel card which is expensive and hard to get.

A poster in another thread Claimed to

have a 3 Year Visa issued in USA.

He was asked a number of questions about it

but I did not see him post any answers...

Maybe he was a Troll ...
