Hotel Information Si Thep

Guys, I'll be travelling with my wife in November and we want to stop for 3 days in Si Thep (Phetchabun) to visit a friend. We've found this hotel that is near by (Kanta Home "Resort" - http://doothailand.com/D0018.html).

Can anyone point us to anything else close by? I believe there is another place called ? Safari ? that could be close to the area.

Anyone have any experience staying here?

That resort is a few miles south of Si Thep, on the north bound side of route 21. Its not been open long, but looks well built and tidy. Just further on from Si Thep about a km from the traffic lights (north bound 21) is a large hotel resort. Further up the Route 21 in the village of Phu Kham there are another two resorts, that's probably a little far out from Si Thep, but if you have transport, no problems.

Over the last few years resorts and coffee shops have sprouted all up highway 21!.
