No Links Showing

When i check TV and and there is links(utube etc) I don't see them I only can read.

I am using android tablet and phone on my windows PC I see them any suggestions to fix this

I am not sure how to do that but when I looked at settings I don't seem to have much stored of anything I cleared data cache but no change I have only 20kb in Google chrome stored
