Just wondering if any new Ranger owners have noticed wind noise at speeds of over 80 Kim's mine sounds like a car would with a window slightly open or a badly fitting door seal. The door does feel to be firmly closed and the window fully up.

Thanks if anyone has had same problem..

Are you sure it's not coming from a closed vent? My wife closes some of the vents in the truck when she uses it.

Then when I uses it and put the vent speed to, 3 I can also hear a slight noise from the closed vent and then I open it/them and problem gone.

Okay you said over 80km/h so maybe not same problem.

If not above go to Ford and grab a mechanic and go for a ride so he can listen/fell under speed.

Hi thanks,I checked out the vent thing, and checked out with passengers sat in passenger seat and seems ok,think it must be a door seal problem and will have to check it out with Ford, just wanted to check on here if anyone else had noticed similar with there Rangers first.

Thanks : )

Do you have those daft, molded perspex wind noise generators window faring thingies that most of locals like? They are stuck on with double-sided tape. Mine started to separate at the bottom edge, beside the wing mirror and would make a bit of a high pitched farting sound around 60-80 kmh. Took the bloody things off anyway as the drivers door one made for a huge blind spot in conjunction with the rather thick A-pillar.
