We used to work with a guy who did odd jobs real cheap for us and he was great and cheap, but he's become a flake.

Can anyone suggest somebody good in our area? We live off Sukhumvit 40.

In defense of "Handy Man" everywhere in Asia.

The day of a good and cheap handy man has gone.

As with everything his expenses are up, petrol, tools, food, kids school fees the list goes on and on.

He now makes every effort to satisfy his regular customers.

If you use the guy once a year and expect him to jump when you call, those days are gone.

Finding a reliable, knowledgeable, and honest "Handy Man" is getting harder and harder.

Thailand isn't cheap any more!
