Textbook For Hotel Staff

I used to work for a hotel in Bangkok 16 years ago but can't remember which textbooks I ued to teach the staff. Also, times have changed so would appreciate any recommendations for the best book to use for hotel staff of all levels.

I like to use interchange books to teach at school Pretty good stuff, but not very suitable for hotel staff.--
