Construction Costs Per M2

Featured Replies

I could not find the M2 (or in Thai measurements) construction costs for 1st class luxurious villa.

I saw some message, mentioning between 1000/1500 Baht/M2 or am I completely wrong?

I tried the search-engine but couldn't find it (anymore). Can you help me where to find it?

thanks

Probably 15-25,000 Baht for a sensibly nice Villa, Depending on where you are, thats with marble, granite, nice fittings etc....

You were probably looking at someone saying 10,000 -15,000 Baht per square meter, you cant even build a Thai style house for 1,000 Baht a square meter.

Thanks Ben; yes, your'e right, I must have misread the post. 15-25K/M2 comes more into reality.

We're just about constructing a rather plain and simple warehouse @ 3,500 Baht per sqm. Does anybody know if this figure is reasonable?

Their is some good information on prices per square meter under realestate in the Pattaya forum.

They were talking 10k to 15K for a reasonable house in the 2nd an 3rd pages.

Prices have risen quite a lot for raw materials.

I built my house last year and I'm glad it was not this year, prices have been driven up with oil prices.

It's not only the oil prices. Chinese demand in steel and cement has driven the world market prices and in consequence the construction costs up.
