Visaka Bucha Day - Reentry At Suvarnabhumi

I'm flying out of BKK on Friday May 24, which also happens to be
Visaka Bucha Day, a Thai holiday. I normally get my re-entry visa at the
airport on the way out, but this time I'm a bit worried about doing it
this way.

Does any of the TV experts know if the re-entry visa office will be
open on this day, or should I make the big schlep out to Chaeng Wattana
Immigration before I head to the airport?
