Police yesterday arrested the women responsible, 34 year-old Mis Phongphan Kitworacharoenphon, who works at a call centre of a famous company.
At first she said it was self-defence, but when confronted with the video, she said she did it because the woman was slow to give her change for some notes she asked for.
The scar was 2cm deep x 8cm long.
