The OP is not looking for land to build a house on. Local residents know how much commercial websites ask for and we know what it's actually worth. dont know but if u just want to build a motor cross track with a kcb truck then i dont know why in thiory u could rent farm land in the mountains and you shall not be building anything just shaping the land. but not sure
