New Robinsons Shopping Centre Planned For Surin?

Featured Replies

My wife has heard of a new shopping centre planned for Surin. Has anyone else heard of this?

They have been building it for many months now. It's off the ring road and at the junction with the road to Sisaket

Apparently Buriram is also on the list for a "Robinsons"

If it is anything like the one I recently visited in Kanchanaburi, Big C, V mart and Tawikett may as well close their doors now.

Very impressive.

oh good, that will be near us then.

Good news for shoppers but maybe not so good news if you live on one of the Housing Estates very close to where Robinson's is being built. It could well be that going out in the car for some locals will be a nightmare, they could well have to put up with extra traffic congestion in their Locale...........as pre-normal with most new shopping area's in rural Thailand........no thought has gone into the local infrastructure to support this new shopping area's blink.png

Yes.....they was widened the road that leads to Sri Saket but not on the Ring-road.....plus how many people will just park in local Soi's instead of using the Car-park whistling.gif
