I have been using tot fiber 2u for now 1 year and just want to know besides speed tests how reliable has it been for other people. I just ask as it quit working on my end from friday last week till Tuesday. Tot office tells me they had some issue in there main office. By the way due to holiday or not caring it took 4 days to fix. Which is a lie. Nothing on my end was broken. Just want to know if anyone had any issues

Was it not the Modem ,I don't have TOT fiber toU, just the simple

telephone wire,in the last few months when ever it rains the Internet

goes down, when I telephone them to report the problem, its always

it must be your Modem/Router,then when i try to explain logically

that there is no problem until it rains, so must be the wires outside,

If the repair technician comes its never raining ,so finds nothing wrong,

so looks like I will have to wait the rainy season starts proper, and hope

he does come when it is raining.

How much is the TOT fiber and is it any good?

Would be interested in know if its worth it as well. Right now TOT is my only option and I just found out they have fiber in my area.

On the 10mb plan now and it sucks, might consider paying extra for Fiber if its better but I doubt it.

as usual, check Attenuation and noise margin and report these values to the hotline, technician will check them remotely and send a tech ASAP to fix the issue.

NHJ has given excellent advice. When having internet problems, login the router and check the health of the connection. Maybe, it's a bit of effort to learn how. But, the rewards are a quicker fix.

Cheers
