Apple Repair Shop Chiang Mai

Featured Replies

hi chiang mai apple user

i went to the new open i-service shop in chiang rai, because i can

not use my imac 27" 2011 (no extend apple car) anymore.

after using the imac for about 2 hours, the screen turn grey. the

hardware test shows an error message ...

the staff in this shop are clueless and i wouldn't call that

an apple service at all, but that is an other, longer story.

i consider going to chiang mai with my imac.

is there a repair shop in chiang mai you can recommend?

is there a certain staff i should ask for?

thanks for your help

I noticed there was a large 'Apple' outlet just down the last left turn on Huay Kaew Rd before the Nimmana Haeminda intersection. Roughly opposite the Hillside 4 Condo.

T.

There is one on the 3rd floor of Kad Suan Keaw. I've had good luck with them.

^ rare species indeed.

Although they did replace an ipad mini cable for me recently, no questions asked. They actually outdid AppleCare as AC was sure it was a hardware issue on the mini itself, never asked to test the cable independently.

Apples hardware failure rate seems to be disturbingly high.
