Jaa Buk

Featured Replies

I have tried this and might help a bit, i am not totally convinced but I think it makes me feel fuller. Its made from a glucomannan root. I have tried powder and capsules. The capsules seem to work better.

Long ago I used to buy this root, they had it in the big C in a liquid and Id fry it up with some beef and vegetables. It is said that it is hard to digest and there are no calories in it. It did help me to be fuller, but I got lazy and did not use it anymore.

Seems the capsules do a good job too.

Right now I am not on a caloric restrictive diet but just testing some stuff and I have to say its hard to find stuff that really works without side effects. Sibutramine worked like a charm for me really killed my appetite but it also made sure I could not sleep. So that was one product I stopped quickly.

I might use the Jaa Buk again if I want to loose some weight as I have not noticed any side effects. Its just the powdered form of the root and is supposed to expand with water making you fuller.
