Don't particularly like computers and the past year or so I have used my iPhone

Using an iPad is much much better

Anyone else fined this?

Confusing post. As you can not make a phone call with your iPad, but can with your iPhone, what is the point that you are trying to make? I see them as having two completely different uses, although most of the programs are identical. I would of course use the iPad any time over the iPhone, but must use the iPhone to make or receive a phone call. I probably like a hammer more than a nail, but a nail is pretty useless without a hammer.

I can type more quickly on the iPhone then on iPad

I'm not surprised, I think you meant, "quicker" and, "than"!! If it was an attempt at humour, sorry, somehow I don't think it was though!

what the hell is wrong with more quickly? to my knowledge, quicker is an adjective more quickly is adverb describing typing speed.

if you are going to be a pedant, at least be correct

T V needs a "plain html" version (as per gmail) for those of us on a ultra-slow gprs connection.

P.S.

The car goes quickly.

The car goes quicker than a bicycle.

"quickly" is a state. No need to amplify.

"quicker" is a comparative needing a following item for comparison.

"more quickly" is a ham-fisted way of forcing "quickly" into making a comparison. w00t.gif
