Thaksin's Son Offers 20M Baht For Info Leading To Arrests Of Central World Arsonists

Yes I'm glad you called it an 'uprising' because that's what it was. The army was therefore justified in their use of deadly force when these rebels started getting violent. It was NOT a 'peaceful protest' as all the red idiots like to say.

No I feel far more sorry for the rural North-easterners who are looked down upon and have been disenfranchised by the establishment. The red uprising was well overdue and it sent an unmistakable signal to the establishment & army that enough was enough. After 80 years of coups to support the rich, the power is now firmly with the voter and the army won't dare to use their heavy-handed tactics again.

Rich Teacher:

Ok so you don't feel sorry for all the people who's lives was terrorized by the Red thugs. Neither do the Reds and their leader including master leader Thaksin. . I am not surprised

The Red uprising has put the most corrupt and one of the richest person in Thai history in control of Thailand. Fact that Thaksin has

sponsored this uprising is not relevant I guess .

Soon Thaksin will have achieved his goals. The creation of a bankrupt failed state. Maldives comes to mind if I think about a place the Shin clan is going to retire.

The poor setup against the rich to help the super rich.

"The Red uprising has put the most corrupt and one of the richest person in Thai history in control of Thailand."

This alleged uprising did not put anyone in control of Thailand, there was a general election, the Thai people voted and PTP won. And when there is another general election, in the next few years, PTP will win again. You, and many other TVF contributors, need to get your head around this thing called 'democracy', it is not just a Thai thing, they have it in many countries around the world.

Sometimes I feel like I live in an insane asylum....The red shirts burn down Central World, and the son of the de-facto leader of the red shirts now offers a reward to find the arsonists? You simply could not make this stuff up.

The money will be used to 'fit' someone to the crime - but it won't be a red shirt!

Yup, frame somebody, hand over the reward, look good.

Then, like with sin sod, get the money back on the down low.

While you are entitled to your opinion about the next election, I am noticing alleged Thaksin supporters asking where has all that money gone, and as the numbers go higher and the answers don't come, more will ask the same thing. One thing they know is that the family back home isn't seeing much of it, and the current juxtaposition of stories about over-priced cars is leading to serious suspicion.

They may also find the "murderer" accusations of last election have grown a little stale, and if the yellows decide to abandon their "vote no" stance, your smug claim that PTP will win again may prove to be a self-delusion.

One thing for sure, no Shiniwatra does anything without big Daddy saying so. This money should give Chalerm a reasonable deposit on a new Bentley, or perhaps purchase an Ear Medicine distillery as he said he knew who the black shirts and the arsonists were.

Mods, shouldn't this thread be in the Humour and Jokes forum?

GJ, this is the Humor & Jokes Forum.

Cannot see where is says the prize is for the BiB. Says to anyone who can provide clues to the whereabouts of the arsonists.

Precisely. My reading is that BIB know who was responsible but after 3 years still cannot find them. No surprises there then.

As a safety precaution I advise anybody on a motor cycle to wear a helmet or you don't know what you'll be charged with with 20 mil in the kitty.

Wasn't there a British guy in the red shirt demo who said they were going to steal some watches and burn it down?

Can I have my 20 million now?

B20 Million is pocket money to a Shinawatra but it looks like a grand gesture possibly made in the knowledge it may never been collected.

If those involved are red shirts their appearance in court is the last thing that's wanted and if anyone is stitched up for this the powers that be will call in Hans Christian Andersen to consult on the tale to be concocted to prove they have nothing to do with the reds.

Were'nt Abhisit and Suthep allegedly spotted shopping there at the time???

And also on public record as calling for opponents of the reds to turn Bangkok into a sea of flames, going so far as to instruct them to bring empty containers, to which petrol would be supplied, before camping outside Central World for an extended period, during which time they also publically told the owners that they would loot it and burn it down if they didn't let them use the toilets within? And wasn't this all accompanied by raids on the Channel 3 building, which they tried to set alight, and numerous provincial halls, which they succeeded in setting alight, and followed the events of 2009, where they hijacked an LPG tanker, drove it to a residential area and, that's right, threatened to set it alight, along with setting buses alight and driving them at security forces? Not to mention their loonie foreign supporters who publically threatened to loot and set alight that very same Central World? Hang on, that wasn't Abhisit and Suthep, that was a group of thugs intrinsically entwined with the father of the very person who is the subject of this thread. Weren't they allegedly spotted shoplifting there at the time?
Yes, precisely..I know...my neighborhood was under siege.

Are you saying that we can rule them out of the equation then???

Damn!! I'm sure that if I could have proved this point then I might have been in with the chance of scooping this bounty as I'm sure Thaksin's son would have been interested in my theory. Just think how pleased his dad would have beenclap2.gif.

I have a little question.

Not important I guess, but...all of you, who claim that the Red Shirts burned down Central World, have really good prove for that, I guess?!

Otherwise, you would clearly not spout stuff like that.

When the red shirt leaders (Jatuporn I think) were going mental on stage raging and ranting on about "let Bangkok burn" and lets leave them something to remember us by, who do you think might have been responsible for these dastardly acts of wanton destruction shortly after???

I wouldn't mind betting that you think that OJ Simpson was innocent!!!

Are you really that ignorant and stupid??

Stuff like what?

Given that the police are supposed to have some suspects (dramatically raised to 31 after Thaksin's 'reward' offer), that they were incited from the red shirt stage to burn, that they burned down a number of places in Isan - it is pretty obvious to any half intelligent being who the suspects are.

The inability or deliberate refusal of the police to arrest & charge those suspects and those in the numerous videos available on Youtube is also telling. With this 20m 'reward' a scapegoat or two may well be the outcome.

No, I am not...but maybe you are arrogant, ignorant and stupid!

If someone says something, that is 100% evidence, he also did it?!

Please answer MY little question.

Am I right when I say that you do not believe that red shirts were behind these arson attacks (all over Thailand) following this incitement to do so from the red shirt leaders????

Perhaps normal, non-political law abiding people simultaneously heard voices in their head urging them to do this.

OK, I'll retract what I wrote about you being stupid - you are just not that clever or sensible and thats putting it mildly!!!

I will answer YOUR little question: no, you are wrong!

I think, there is a high probability, that they came from the "red"- side!

But I am not going on an internet- forum and stating it, as if it were 100% proven fact!

I have seen some "obvious" things in my live, that turned out very different, when you had a closer look.

If you are interested, PM me and I tell you an interesting story about "obvious" happenings, that turned out very different!

If it makes me ignorant and arrogant or even stupid, that I would rather wait for prove before I "believe" or "assume"...so be it!

Dear Oak Panthongtae

Some people believe that your dad by video and website pretty much authorised and approved the burning down of Bangkok and the riots in both 2009 and 2010. He has never shown any remorse for his actions nor has he or any of his appointed red shirt leaders apologised for the various deeds conducted by the 'fake reds' that was the phony defense used.

Therefore please send all those who agree with this summation 20m baht, or give shares in any of the dodgy construction company consortiums set up to defraud the Thai tax payer in the flood schemes.

Also....you are not a talented photographer. You are a proven caught cheat at Ramkamhaeng University, and suspected on cheating in USA also. You are not a entrepreneurial business man building a business with Voice TV and monopoly advertising licenses secured from the state. Some say you are an inept, hopeless twit.

Of course I don't agree with any of that.

Nor do I. But I've yet to meet anyone who agrees with me so I guess I might be wrong.

Are you coming to your senses at last in finally admitting that it was red shirts that were responsible (well as good as doing so in a rather begrudging way).

If so, what is your argument about DocN???

Why are you asking this 'little' question and then when you get replies you don't like, go on to defend the red shirts when you basically admit they were whollely culpable??

I have a little answer for your little question.

Nobody on this forum has proof of it, neither have they proof that it weren't red shirts, and to extend my answer a little nobody on this forum has proof of ANYTHING posted in the news section be it about red, yellow, blue, green or white protesters.

So, shall we close down the forum now then ?

What about "high probability" don't you understand?

What about the difference between a probability and a certainty is it, that you don't get?

If I could bet (at any given odds) lets say if Man Utd were beating Tamworth Town 3 - 0 in the FA cup with 5 minutes to go that they would go on to win then I would bite their hand off and invest the house on it as it is highly improbable that Tamworth would be unable to pull this scoreline back!! Not absolutely certain mind you, but simply highly improbable.

I wouldn't be fretting too much about sleeping on the streets that night or in taking home a fortune in winnings as both scenarios are highly improbable (although neither can be entirely discounted as being beyond the realms of all possibility) as nothing is certain in lifewai.gif.
