In the future I was thinking of relocating to CM or CR.

I usually only stayed in the areas when I travel north and don't know much about condos in those areas.

It does not have to be down town or near a school because I can drive my kids to school.

I looked on the Internet and reality firms are way over priced I think and hard to do a search,

So if any one can lead me in a general direction as to other avenues that I may be able to search.

Renting is a possible option in Chiang Rai. By that I mean a house. Good deals still to be found

If there are any three brm condos in chiang rai I have never seen or heard of them.....chiang rai is really much more about houses than condos...if you want to rent a house there are many available at bargain prices....

there are several websites...but you will likely do much better driving around on your own..
