I came across this brand recently in Global House in Nong Khai. Has anyone ever bought this brand name, and has any feedback..good/bad quality, reliable, safe?

Not a brand I have heard of. I would stick with proven brands like Panasonic, Siemens etc. I have 2 panasonics and no trouble at all after 6 years and they were not expensive.

If its not Japanese, Dont buy it.

I asked myself this question two weeks ago when I was in Global House to buy a water heater/shower unit. Like you, I had never heard of the

Camarcio brand and decided against it on that basis. I eventually bought a Panasonic water heater though I had heard of and have used showers by Joven and Stiebel.

In passing, I had to search hard to find an experienced quality electrician to install my water heater, including putting in a proper earth, and I am very happy with the result.

I have 3 all about 18 months old and no problems.
