I am using ExpressVPN and watch streaming movies on Netflex and Amazon; no buffering with about 9 out of 10 movies.

Keep in mind the speed of the VPN will be determined by the speed you are able to connect to the VPN server from your location. StrongVPN has multiple networks within a single

city so if there is a slowdown between myself and the VPN server, on StrongVPN, I switch to a different network in the same city.

Sometimes there are problems on network routes between you and the VPN server itself, switching networks will usually fix this.

Also you may want to try different protocols, for example if you are using OpenVPN SSL type connection, try going PPTP, or L2TP or if you are on Windows SSTP.

StrongVPN has those options in the software client download they provide.
