Anyone else a member of this group ?

I came across it on another bike site and thought it was a great idea.

We always see touring cyclists pass our place. It's nice to help out when needed, especially in the more out of the way areas.

It's great to meet new people with a common interest but different adventures to talk about

No other Farang where I live either....

I'm a touring cyclist and this seems like a good way to assist fellow cyclists.

I'm a member since 1.5 years now, and we had solely positive experiences with about 8 guests from 4 continents so far.

They all had interesting things to tell and show (incl. their chariots and equipment), gave us opportunities to broaden our horizon, and with some of them we are still in contact. We also spent some days biking together through Chiang Mai and some neighbouring provinces, or on their tours.

Unfortunately until now there were no hosts in the regions of Asia I passed on my extended tours; so I didn't have the pleasure to play the guest role yet ...

I can only recommend to join the community.
