Baby vaccinations

we r moving to the islands with our 6 month old baby and will primarily be between Samui and koh phangan.

Does anybody have any advice for us heading over to the islands about what vaccines we should look into.

Changing time zones, flying with kids, how the heat affects babies, etc.

Six month old babies have immature immune systems and would, normally, rely on antibodies in the mother's breast milk for protection; vaccination at this age is not useful although babies do get Hep B and BCG vaccinations and at 6 mths usually polio.
