Without having a local office in Thailand, is it possible a Foreign owned company can open a Thai bank account?

If possible, do you know what paperwork the bank requires?

Unless the company has received permission to operate as a Representative Office by the Department of Business Development then they are not able to open a corporate bank account in Thailand.
